The Nassau County Legislature is voting today on the plan to build a casino at the Nassau coliseum.
Lawmakers will be voting on transferring the land lease for The HUB to Sands Casino.
The vote comes as many residents once again rallied against the plan on Sunday saying that the negative impacts of a casino far outweigh any revenue gains.
