Members of the Jury in the retrial of Anne Marie Drago say they are “solidly deadlocked” on the criminally negligent homicide charge in the case.
The jury have, however, sent note to the judge that they’ve reached a verdict on criminal mischief and petit larceny charges.
The judge told the jurors to come back Friday at 9:30 a.m. for further instructions. He told lawyers and the courtroom that he will have them continue to try to reach a unanimous verdict.
Drago ran over and killed anti-gang activist Evelyn Rodriguez in 2018.
