Suspected Gilgo Beach killer Rex Heuermann was back in court Tuesday for the first time since being charged in a fourth murder.
In court, the prosecution handed over data on this case to the defense. It included a total of 2,500 pages of reports from the Suffolk County police departments.
Heuermann’s attorney says his client is feeling lonely and depressed after being in isolation at the Riverhead jail since his July arrest. Heuermann is due back in court on April 17.
