The New York Times is reporting that Rep. Anthony D’Esposito allegedly gave jobs to his alleged mistress and his fiancée’s daughter.

The report suggests the move putting both women on the taxpayer funded payroll is in possible violation of House ethics rules. Both allegedly worked in D’Esposito’s district office.

The paper says Rep. D’Esposito has not been publicly accused of wrongdoing, but he could face discipline in the House of Representatives. D’Esposito released a statement, saying the article is political tabloid garbage.
