Two men have been arrested for vandalism after they spray painted a 9/11 memorial wall, two restaurants, a concession stand, bathhouse, and bathrooms at Tobay Beach.
Police say the suspects have been accused of causing about $3,500 in damages. Detectives say cameras captured the vandals on the property.
