The MTA and federal government have agreed to a timeline that would keep congestion pricing tolls on through late October. The new timeline would allow the case to go through the courts.

The Trump administration had previously ordered the MTA to halt the tolls on most drivers heading into Manhattan below 60th Street during peak hours.

The MTA is fighting the order in court.
