A Suffolk County judge has scheduled a March 28th hearing to determine whether certain DNA evidence in the case against alleged Gilgo Beach serial killer Rex Heuermann can be used in his trial.
Heuermann’s defense attorneys have criticized the DNA evidence in the case, particularly the nuclear DNA evidence, they say is not scientifically accepted.
